The Pronar ZM-1800 PLUS sweeping machine is designed for cleaning hard surfaces such as roads, sidewalks, and squares. It can also be used for technical surface preparation before asphalt laying. The machine operates in two modes: collecting debris into a container or sweeping dirt and light snow to the right or left without collection (with the container raised).

The main working element is a cylindrical brush with a horizontal rotation axis, driven by a hydraulic motor that rotates in the opposite direction of the machine’s movement. The worn brush can be gradually lowered manually using two side crank-pin mechanisms, extending its service life.

Debris is collected in a container with a sealing edge, which is hydraulically emptied. The unit can be mounted at the front or rear of the carrier using a pendulum lever suspension system. The standard configuration includes two or three swivel wheels, while optional equipment includes a side brush for cleaning hard-to-reach areas and a water-spraying system to reduce dust.

The machine’s performance reaches up to 10,800 m²/h with a working width of 1800 mm. The container capacity is 200 liters, allowing for extended operation without interruption. Depending on configuration, the weight of the machine ranges from 380 to 505 kg.
